No your e ticket will have a reference number you can use this or you can show your ticket on a phone or a tablet. We recommend if you can print the ticket it helps our suppliers but its not essential.

If you are staying in the capital city Arrecife, Las Palmas, Puerto Del Rosario most excursions will pick up and this will be stated in the product description. Yes we do, some excursions have special prices and offers for child places and these will be shown on the individual product. Those excursions that have a senior price or a student price will have this option to select with the discounted prices and you simply enter the amount of people you want to book.

Please read the following Refund Policy carefully:

• If you cancel at least 7 day(s) in advance of the scheduled departure, there is no cancellation fee and we issue a full refund.
• If you cancel between 4 and 6 day(s) in advance of the scheduled departure, there is a 50 percent cancellation fee. 50% of total price refunded and full deposit refunded
• If you cancel within 3 day(s) of the scheduled departure, there is a 100 percent cancellation fee. No refund
• Should you miss your excursion or do not check the correct pick up point and time and other clients are collected at that point, then there would not be a refund we recommend all clients check the pick up point and time before the day of the excursion.
• Refunds will be offered should excursions be cancelled due to weather.

Yes if the tour is cancelled due to weather or other reasons we will offer you an alternative date and if this is not acceptable to you we will give you a full refund.

If you paid via Paypal it´s usually within 48hrs, if you paid by credit or debit card then it can take up to 7 working days to show in your account.
