Do the excursions pick me up from my accommodation?

All excursions pick up from many different major stops in main resorts so the chances are you will be picked up at your hotel or accommodation. If your hotel or accommodation is not a pick up point it will be a hotel next to, opposite or extremely close. If you are stopping in a Private accommodation the pick up point will be the closest hotel or major point never more than a five minute walk.

I am staying in a private accommodation or AirB&B can I be pick up at me accommodation?

With so many private accommodation it would be impossible for the excursions to pick up at each villa or apartment. Your pick up will be the nearest hotel or pick up point which is never more than five minutes walk. When booking please enter the address of your private accommodation.

Do I need to print my e ticket?

No your e ticket will have a reference number you can use this or you can show your ticket on a phone or a tablet. We recommend if you can print the ticket it helps our suppliers but its not essential.

I am not staying in a holiday resort I am in the capital city or rural location can I be picked up?

If you are staying in the capital city Arrecife, Las Palmas, Puerto Del Rosario most excursions will pick up and this will be stated in the product description. If you are staying rural no excursion will pick up and you will need to make your own way to the nearest holiday resort. When booking please enter the address of your private accommodation.

Can I book when I get there?

There are many outlets thats sell excursions in resorts some are genuine some are not so genuine. Your holiday time is important so why would you want to spend it searching for the best place to book excursions. We give you the best prices and a secure safe way to pay and reserve leaving you time to relax and enjoy your time.

Can I get a discount for a group booking?

Our prices are the cheapest you will find and our price match promise guarantees this for you. If you find a product cheaper we'll match it and give you a further 10% discount. A group booking would 6 or more people. The excursions that are on offer will state this and calculate the price with the discount. If you have a large group and would like to look at a further discount please contact us and one of our experts will get the best offers for you.

Do you offer a special price for children, seniors and students?

Yes we do, some excursions have special prices and offers for child places and these will be shown on the individual product. Those excursions that have a senior price or a student price will have this option to select with the discounted prices and you simply enter the amount of people you want to book.

Can I get a refund on my excursion?

You can cancel your excursion within 10 hours of the day of the excursion. The day of the excursion is 12 midnight on the date that your excursion is due (Not the time of pick up).

Therefore the latest time you can cancel and request a refund is 14:00 the day before the date on your ticket. Later than this there is 0% refund of both full paid and deposit paid tickets

CANCELLATION CHARGES

We will refund your booking in full less a 25 Euro booking fee for all booking paid in full. Deposit payments are non refundable.

Deposit payments are refunded in the form of a voucher that can be used against any excursion across all of the Canary Islands and this has no expiry day. This is subject to the cancellation being before the cut of time of 10hrs before the day of the excursion. We only refund on excursions booked and paid in full.

FULL REFUNDS NO CHARGES

We will refund 100% of the full payment and the deposit payment should the activity you booked be cancelled by us or the supplier or there be no availability on the day you booked. Should we offer an alternative and you accept then you enter into another booking and therefore terms and conditions are the same.

NON REFUNDABLE EXCURSIONS

No refunds can be issued for the following

  • 1. Theme Parks and attractions
  • 2. Ferries
  • 3. Some excursions with limited spaces.

What if my excursion is cancelled do I get a refund?

Yes if the tour is cancelled due to weather or other reasons we will offer you an alternative date and if this is not acceptable to you we will give you a full refund.

I am waiting for a refund how long will it take?

If you paid via Paypal it´s usually within 48hrs, if you paid by credit or debit card then it can take up to 7 working days to show in your account.

How do I know I am getting the best price?

We offer a price match promise, as we are a local company we have better relations with the excursion suppliers and have already negotiated the best price for you. This is why you don't see pop ups on our site offering you discounts as they have already been added. If you find the product cheaper anywhere else we will match the price and give you a further 10% discount.

Is my credit card safe?

Your credit card number and personal information are encrypted for transmission using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL).

We never stores your credit card information and complies with the highest standard of PCI (payment card industry) compliance..

Is there a booking fee

TravelOn World do not charge a booking fee what you pay is the final price when you have paid in full.
