CACT have announced an extra night of Noches de Jameos performances between 12th July and 30th August.
The Noches de Jameos (Jameos Nights) event at Jameos del Agua, a live concert set around the attraction, has proven popular with locals and tourists over the years and performances have been extended for the summer season in 2012. Due to demand, between 12th July and 30th August the event will now take place on a Wednesday and Friday evening.
The event costs €55 per person and includes a locally sourced menu, live music and DJ, all set in the stunning surroundings of Jameos del Agua.
Angel Vazquez, councilllor for CACT announced that the new dates are a response to the need to meet demand for the event over the summer of months as tourist numbers to the island increase.
Jameos del Agua is also available as a day time attraction, where visitors can experience the natural lava tunnel, subterranean salt water lake, native Albino crabs and more.
