FROM 1st MAY 2025 Pick up from Playa Blanca & Costa Teguise is €5 per person paid directly to Rancho Texas. Puerto Del Carmen clients pick up is FREE.
IMPORTANT FOR PLAYA BLANCA CLIENTS If you are staying at Gran Castillo, Sandos Papagayo, or Iberostar Papagayo pick up direct from the hotel is only MONDAYS & THURSDAYS and must be booked by calling Rancho Texas or emailing them at
For all other days the nearest pick up is Princess Yaiza hotel opposite supermarket 9:45am
The same applies for Vik Coral Beach nearest pick up without reserving direct pick up is Rubicon Palace hotel bus stop 9:25am
There is no pick up in Arrecife those staying in Arrecife are close enough to go direct to the park

Your ticket is valid for anyday direct to the park or anyday with pick up from Puerto Del Carmen. For Playa Blanca the date is set to what you booked.

Puerto Del Carmen Pick ups are everyday
Playa Blanca Pick ups are Fridays only (APRIL & MAY)
Monday & Friday (JUN, JUL & AUG)
Fridays only (SEP - NOV)
Costa Teguise clients there is no pick up the park is in Costa Teguise make your own way to the park directly
For Puerto Calero clients the pick up is 10:15 you must call or email Aquapark to confirm the pick up slot
If you are going directly to the park the gate opens at 9:45 am the park can be found here
